Return and Refund Policy

At TradeKiwi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Returns Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Securely package the item, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

3. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Items that are damaged or not in their original condition

5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

6. Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If the goods are damaged in any way upon delivery, you should either sign for it as DIT (Damaged in Transit) and indicate the type of damage, or if the damage is significant then reject the shipment and contact us. If a shipment is accepted with damage, but not signed as damaged, we may be unable to replace the damaged item.
